This very popular and comfortable villa is perched on the hillside above the beautiful and very exclusive bay of Aigua Blava, and the superb beach is reached by a pathway (5 min downhill, 15 min back). The nearest shops are in Begur and Palafrugell, 5-10 min drive away, but there are a few restaurants nearby. With terraced gardens leading down to the swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1m to 2m, with ladder) and sun terraces, and superb views from the upstairs dining terrace, this a perfect house for outdoor living in a truly idyllic location.

Two storeys – most accommodation is on the upper level. Spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and CD players, plus doors leading to the large upper terrace. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher (washing machine is in the garage). Three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. Steps lead down from the upper terrace to the pool, gardens, dining terrace and BBQ. An extra bed can be provided for a 7th person.
