The owners of this property have created a beautiful holiday home in a tranquil rural setting, close to all the amenities of Begur and Palafrugell (both approx. 10 min drive away), as well as the beaches of Aigua Blava, Llafranch and Tamariu. The gardens are positively stunning, the rear terrace patio and swimming pool (8m x 4m, with roman steps) are very private and the front balcony (ideal for dining al fresco) very large with wonderful sea and country views. The open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is very bright and airy and is the centre of the house with terrace doors on both sides, and the bedrooms and bathrooms at one end. The pool is reached by a few steps from the garden. There is also a BBQ.

One storey. Entrance hall leading to large lounge/dining room with wooden floors and CD player, kitchen with dishwasher, full cooker and fridge/freezer. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, (connected to the main balcony), one twin bedroom, one triple bedroom, a further large shower room and a separate toilet. Utility room with washer and dryer.

Pool heating: £50 per week, must be prebooked and pre-paid to Hoseasons if required.
