The large lawned gardens with swimming pool and surrounding woodland are ideal for children or for those wishing to explore the local countryside. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ. Many of the original features have been retained in this atmospheric old house, such as the wine press, and the converted manger as a sink in one of the bathrooms.

Two storeys. Entrance hall, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, pretty little sitting area leading to a single bedroom and shower/WC, open plan sitting/dining room with large bar area. First floor: four double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi, one with its own private terrace (care with children due to low surrounding wall), further full bathroom. Studio: This has a separate entrance and consists of double bed and sofa, kitchenette, shower/WC. Further simple double bedroom with en suite bathroom, converted from the garage with access from the house or externally. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. The caretaker/gardener occasionally sleeps in the nearby annexe but does not disturb guests.
